A new face at IFP (and already part of the morning rhythm) 👋

Jeremy’s joined us as a Junior Paraplanner, stepping into the detail, the research and the thinking that sits behind good advice.

But what’s mattered most to him so far isn’t just the work.

It’s the environment around it.

Open conversations. Ideas shared freely. The kind of place where you can listen in, learn quickly, and gradually raise your own standards just by being in the room.

Outside the office, you’ll likely find Jeremy in the gym or planning his next trip somewhere a little sunnier than Hull... having already lived in three different countries along the way!

In the world of finance and wealth, it’s easy to focus on performance, progress and outcomes.

But absolutely none of that works without the people behind it. 👥

At IFP, wellbeing isn’t treated as a one-off initiative or a tick-box exercise.

For Charlie, it’s been about more than just exams (although 10 and counting certainly helps).
