PRB Accountants PRB are a firm of accountants and tax advisors that have specialised in acting for Network Marketing

The firm currently acts for several hundred network marketing distributors and PRB have developed The Helpline Service to assist distributors in keeping their accounting and taxation affairs up to date. PRB act for distributors in a number of different networks including Forever Living Products, Amway, Monavie, Kleeneze, ACN Europe, Xenca, Utility Warehouse, Usana, Phoenix Trading, Arbonne UK, Her

balife and Agel. PRB are also Supplier Members of the Direct Selling Association. The key features of the Helpline Service are as follows:
provision of a spreadsheet to enable distributors to record their transactions on a monthly basis
preparation of year-end accounts
preparation of tax computations
preparation of Personal Tax Returns
preparation of Partnership Tax Returns (where applicable)

The annual cost of The Helpline Service is only £275 (inclusive of VAT).

According to the latest Deloitte Consumer Tracker, UK sentiment took a hit in late 2025, with consumer confidence dropping 1.1 percentage points to reach -11.1%.

This decline, drawn from a survey of 3,200 adults, was nearly universal across the index, with five out of six key metrics showing a downward trend compared to the previous quarter.

In 1784, the UK introduced the Brick Tax to help pay for the American War of Independence, where they taxed the number of bricks, not the size.

As a result of this, builders started making bigger bricks so they could pay less tax. This law was repealed in 1850.
