Have pleasure in reporting I have successfully completed the course below.
A challenging but essential course for Landlords or people operating in the residential property sector.
With so much change over the last few years and huge fines for failure to comply it was the only way to onboard this knowledge safely.
The NRLA training team have been amazing, thanks to

The Managing Property & Residential Lettings, Level 3 Certificate offered by the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) is a qualification designed for letting agents, property managers, and landlords. Successful completion allows individuals to use the post-nominal letters MNRLA (Member of the National Residential Landlords Association).
​Course Structure & Overview
​Format: 100% remote self-study via online eLearning.
​Estimated Study Time: ~140 hours.
​Timeframe: 18 months from enrolment to complete all modules and exams.
​CPD & Accreditation: Awards 12 core CPD points toward NRLA Accreditation.
​Qualification Units
​The course consists of 5 units:
​Unit 1: Health, Safety & Security in Lettings
Covers key H&S legal duties, lone working procedures, property security, and GDPR/data protection principles.
​Unit 2: Legal Concepts & Agency Responsibilities
Covers agency law, authority and duties, property ownership models, and residential occupancy agreements.
​Unit 3: Lettings Practice & Compliance
Covers market appraisals, property preparation and marketing, tenant selection/vetting, and tenancy creation.
​Unit 4: Legislative Obligations & Enforcement
Covers statutory landlord/tenant duties, repairs and property standards, rent structures and arrears, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and HMO/licensing rules.
​Unit 5: Ending Tenancies, Possession & Checkouts
Covers tenancy termination by tenant or landlord, notice and possession procedures, preventing unlawful eviction, and deposit/checkout management.
​Assessment & Pricing
​Exams: Multiple-choice assessments taken online for each unit (up to 30 minutes per test).
​Pricing:
​NRLA Members: £400
​Non-Members: £550
​Re-sits: The first assessment attempt per unit is included. Any required re-sits cost £25 per unit (maximum of 2 re-sits per unit).
​Designation (MNRLA Logo & Post-Nominals)
​After passing all 5 unit assessments, learners earn the right to use MNRLA after their name. To maintain the MNRLA post-nominals and logo branding, you must maintain an active NRLA membership and complete 12 hours of annual CPD.

Good evening last night for the Black Widows MCC at The C**k Inn

We were delighted to receive Dr Sylvie Edwards, the Grand Prior of the Order of St George, who we have a Memorandum of Understanding with and have members within its ranks, and share its core values and objectives.

This is a Chivalry Order, celebrating 700 years of existence this year.

The work it does throughout the world is astounding.

The commitment and different walks of life of the people that make up its ranks is breathtaking.

We also had the opportunity of meeting Lt Col (Ret,d)Johnny Longbottom MBE,QVRM,VR who shared our event and sat in on the structured part of our meeting, as well as sharing memories and giving a great insight to the work that the Order of St George do and also the work that Johnny does within Parliament.

We were very pleased to spend good quality time with some great people.

We feel very committed and excited to the future, working alongside each other.

Very pleased to report the progress of Anthony Johnson - AJRacing ,Chloe Gleeson #25 and Luke Foreman.

It's been a real pleasure watching them on their journey and supporting amazing riders, and we hope to continue that in the future.

Food was amazing, company was even better.

A good meeting, lots of good news and a great summer it appears has been had by all.

We look forward to the future and our focusing on our efforts for the Christmas toy run on Sunday the 13th of December.
