Pensions - Part 1

Pensions can be a complex area and there is a lot to think about when it comes to retiring - Over the next few months I will be posting weekly, on all things pensions.

When you move jobs, your pension doesn't follow you, so you may end up with a number of different pension pots.

Consolidation simply means merging your previous pensions into one pot, which can reduce the cost and make it easier to manage with less paperwork.

A few days ago I finished reading this classic!

It was surprisingly different from the film but well worth the read.

It wasn’t until I finished reading, I turned over to realise it was released at 70p!! It’s original release date was 1974.

Inflation raises prices, lowering your purchasing power and this is such a clear example!

What are you doing, to protect your savings eroding to inflation? Have you ever spoken to a financial adviser?

Had such a good few days in Bristol last week meeting an amazing bunch!
