We were delighted to attend DYW Forth Valley Inspiring the Future: Celebrating Employer Impact this morning which was showcasing the successes of employer engagement with schools and students, to help inspire future pathways and build the bridge between education and careers. It was really insightful with schools talking about the benefits they are seeing in their students having direct exposure and support from local employers.

Events like this highlight just how important employer engagement is in inspiring confidence, ambition and awareness of the opportunities available locally. We look forward to continuing to play our part in supporting young people as they take their first steps towards future careers.

What a fantastic morning we had at our Tea Party in support of Strathcarron Hospice’s 45th birthday.

Thanks to the generosity and support of everyone involved, we raised an amazing £1,480 for this wonderful local cause.

A huge thank you to everyone who popped in to see us, donated, bought cakes, enjoyed a cuppa, and helped make the morning such a success.

We’re also incredibly grateful to our Drummond Laurie team members who supported the event by coming along, baking, volunteering, setting up, serving, and helping on the day.

Strathcarron Hospice has provided 45 years of incredible care, compassion and support for local people and their families, and we’re proud to have played a small part in supporting their vital work.

Thank you again to everyone who helped make it such a success.

We were delighted to hold our annual Team All Hands Day on Monday at The Leapark, bringing everyone together for a fantastic day of connection, collaboration and shared focus.

A huge thank you to Vince Slaven from theGrogroup, who joined us to deliver an engaging and energising session. As always, Vince’s passion, insight and infectious energy left the team feeling motivated and ready to take on what’s ahead.

The celebrations didn’t stop there — we headed back to the office to enjoy cupcakes 🎂 as we marked the special birthdays of Annemarie and Charlie. A perfect way to end a great day together!
