Why is a CV important❓
The resume acts as a bridge between you and the prospective recruiter. Hence the importance of a resume can never be underestimated. So, to make the first impression, it is imperative that your resume stands out from the crowd first. It is up to you how do you want to be remembered by the hiring manager? Since companies do not have that much amount of time to interview each and every candidate, they require resumes from candidates to select the best ones to work with them.
ජීව දත්ත ප්රකාශයක් ඔබ සහ සේවා යෝජකයා අතර පාලමක් ලෙස ක්රියා කරයි. එබැවින් ජීව දත්ත ප්රකාශයක නැතහොත් CV එකක ඇති වැදගත්කම කිසි විටෙකත් අවතක්සේරු කළ නොහැකිය. එබැවින්, මුල්ම අවබෝධය (First Impression) ඇති කර ගැනීම සඳහා, ඔබේ අයදුම්පත මුලින්ම අනිකුත් අයදුම්පත් වලට සාපේක්ෂව කැපී පෙනීම අත්යවශ්යයයි. මානව සම්පත් කළමනාකරු විසින් ඔබව මතක තබා ගැනීමට අවශ්ය වන්නේ කෙසේද යන්න ඔබට භාරයි. සෑම අපේක්ෂකයෙකු සමගම සම්මුඛ සාකච්ඡා පැවැත්වීම සමාගම් වලට එතරම් කාලයක් නොමැති හෙයින්, ඔවන් මුලින්ම තොරාගන්නේ වඩාත් විශිෂ්ට ජීව දත්ත ප්රකාශයන් කිහිපයයි.
