We have been thinking a lot lately about Mental loads, not workloads......

It’s rarely the work that drains business owners.

It’s usually the constant background thinking of:
⁉️Have I missed something⁉️
⁉️Am I doing this right⁉️
⁉️What’s coming next⁉️

That mental load doesn’t show up on a to‑do list — but it affects everything.
