Worst financial advice we’ve heard?

“Don’t worry about your debt, just invest instead.”

It sounds good, but it doesn’t always work like that.

There’s no guarantee your investments are going to beat the interest you’re paying on your debt. That’s where people get caught out.

Most of the time it’s not one or the other.

You can be paying down debt, investing and paying into your pension at the same time. It just needs to make sense for your situation.
