Our weekly presentation this week came from David Dunn Time 2 Sell Estate Agent.

We heard of the exciting plans for the company this year, including David’s ambition to have more self-employed Estate Agents joining the company. If you know anyone who might be interested, David would love to hear from you!

The biggest surprise was someone else in the room cheering when David mentioned the company’s deal with Dumbarton Football Club meaning that a contribution from each house sale will be made to the club. For a minute we thought it was going to kick off, especially with Edinburgh City Football Club player James Stokes attending his 1st meeting as a member of the Chapter. But the Membership Committee managed to keep a lid on it 😅

What sets Time 2 Sell apart from other estate agents? The same agent will see the sale through, carrying out viewings on the client’s behalf.

A testimonial from another chapter member was read out telling the room of a street with various houses struggling to sell for months. David took over as agent for one property and it sold quickly, and started off a domino effect in the street.

⚡️⛽️📱🛜💰Our feature presentation this week was from Brian Wade, the Chapter’s ‘Utility’ partner.

Brian’s presentations are always really informative and stimulate interest. His drive comes from looking to build a business that can leave a legacy for his kids, and he’s well on his way!

In 2025 Brian and his team helped hundreds of families to increase their disposable income. After his presentation, many of our members gave verbal testimonials on how Brian had helped them, going above and beyond.

Our Feature Presentation this week was from Robert Doherty of D&M Roofers & General Builders.

Robert has been a roofer since 1992 and what sets him apart from other companies is that he manages the project from start to finish. This takes stress away from the client and ensures work is carried out to an exceptional standard.
