Internal audit is like Santa’s dedicated team of elves who work inside the North Pole all year. They help Santa improve processes, manage risks, and make sure everything runs smoothly in the workshop.

Whereas an external audit is like a visiting elf from outside the North Pole, arriving independently to check the naughty or nice list (and financial lists) and confirm it's correct. 📜
