Pay My Nanny - Nanny Payroll & Nanny Tax Nanny Payroll & Nanny Tax Services HMRC direct debit management £30.00. For ad hoc payroll requirements our charge is £30 set up followed by £12.50 per pay run.

We take the stress away from meeting your employer obligations for processing your nanny's payroll for PAYE tax & NI (National Insurance) contributions. We'll email you your weekly or monthly reports and payslip, your nanny's paylsip can also be emailed directly to your nanny, saving you one less job to do. We'll tell you how much, when and how to pay the HMRC your employer contributions or for a

small additional charge we'll manage your employer direct debit to the HMRC. Our fees start from £95 per annum for our payroll package, £115 per annum for our payroll package plus an employment contract, or £195 per annum for a comprehensive payroll & HR support package including an employment contract. All fees are payable in advance.

From 1 April 2024, National Minimum & Living Wage (NMW/NLW) rates increase.

The NLW rate qualifying age is reduced to 21 (from 23).

In addition to the rate increases there is also an update to the regulations with the removal of Paragragh 3 from Regulation 57 of the NMW Regulations 2015. This will mean that live-in carers / au pairs that are not a family member, will no longer be exempt from National Minimum/Living Wage.

CHILDCARE SUPPORT IS EXPANDING!

Starting from April 2024, existing childcare support will be expanded in phases. By September 2025, most working families with children under the age of 5 will be entitled to 30 hours of childcare support.
