At just one year old, I’ve already secured a house, built two passive income streams, and have a personal trainer, private chef, and chauffeur on call.

Admittedly, the trainer insists on daily walks, the chef serves the same meal twice a day, and the driver refuses to go anywhere without a lead…

…but still—living the dream.

Another busy week at Award Financial Planning!🎉

Today we saved a client over £2,300 on their mortgage 💷🏠

They're a first-time buyer with a mortgage offer agreed back in October, but when rates dropped, we jumped back in before completion and secured a new, lower rate - turning a good deal into a great one.

That's £2,300+ staying exactly where it should be.....with our client 🙌

Prices are creeping up at Britain’s top tennis tournament 👀🎾

🍓The infamous strawberries and cream have risen in price for the first time since 2010. And with the Consumer Price Index rising by 4% over the 12 months up till May* it is not just the strawberries costing more this year:

• A pint of beer
• A gin and tonic
• A bottle of champagne

Whilst many may not be happy about this, most of these price increases are roughly in line with inflation. But the question is - is your money keeping up with inflation?

Regular investing has the potential to significantly enhance long-term returns for those who are able to do so. What's important is consistency.
