What could they have done better?
I genuinely don't think Richard could have done anything better. He was open and honest with us on the best way to go about what we were trying to achieve, and everything he has suggested has worked perfectly in line with that.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
We run our own business and we needed help on pensions, financial advice with the business and also future planning.

How has Richard Lake helped you?
Richard talked through all the options available to us, set up our pensions through the business and has ran through short and long terms plans not only for the business but ourselves as well.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
We've seen the outcome we were hoping for and more some. Everything that was outlined at our initial meeting, and subsequent meetings, have come to fruition.
