We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator for a hybrid role based in Farnborough, with opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include managing daily office operations, handling administrative tasks, providing customer service support, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. The Office Administrator will ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the office while supporting internal and external stakeholders.
The role is made up of the administration requirements of a small accounting firm, but with the additional responsibilities of some general bookkeeping and management accounting services for a select few clients, as well as the occasional special task or one off project.
This role is part time, with flexible working hours, performed both at our offices in Farnborough as well as from home. We are looking for about 10 hours support a week, initially.
Qualifications
β’ Experience in Administrative Assistance and handling Office Administration tasks
β’ Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to work effectively with team members and external clients
β’ Proven organizational and multitasking abilities
β’ Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
β’ Working Knowledge of Bookkeeping software an advantage
β’ Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment
β’ Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
