A lovely milestone to share today…

We’ve just learned that Egia Financial has now created 10,000 impacts through B1G1.

It’s a number we’re genuinely proud of because every single impact represents something meaningful happening in the world as a direct result of the work we do and the clients we support.

From access to healthcare and education to clean water and community development, these impacts are woven into the everyday running of our firm. They’re our quiet way of making sure that doing good business also means doing good beyond business.

A huge thank you to B1G1 for creating such an inspiring model, and to our clients, because these 10,000 impacts are every bit as much yours as they are ours.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 – 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴

From 18 November 2025, all company directors and people with significant control (PSCs) will be required to verify their identity.

🔹 New directors must verify their ID before incorporation or appointment
🔹 Existing directors and PSCs must verify before filing their company’s next confirmation statement (within a 12-month transition window)
🔹 Verification is a one-time process and can be completed online for free

This change will improve trust and transparency across UK businesses, helping to combat fraud and increase the reliability of company data.

You’ll be able to check your verification status on the Companies House register and each individual will receive a personal code to confirm their verified identity. This one code can be used for each company role they hold.
