My Background
So, who am I? I’m an independent financial adviser at Complete Financial Planning located in Eastbourne, I work with a great team with a great ethos. I aim to provide thorough, wide ranging professional advice and service. Meeting my clients’ financial objectives and needs are at the forefront of my business. But how did I get here?
I enlisted into the Royal Engineers back in April 2008 and to this day it was by far the best decision I made at such a young age. The Army taught me fundamental lessons on how to be disciplined, motivated and time conscientious whilst giving me life experiences only some can only imagine. One of my biggest achievements whilst serving was being awarded a General officer’s commendation.
My passion however, was in economics and finance and I began the stimulating journey of becoming a financial adviser. I studied with the London Institute of Banking and Finance, for both financial and mortgage advice.
I have a background as a property landlord and have a keen eye for detail with regards to investing for the future. I enjoy networking with new people and making long lasting relationships. I pride myself on my high level of communication as I believe this is key to accomplishing real, tangible goals. Outside of the office I like to reach out into the community and update people on the often confusing world of finance via presentations and over coffee! I have presented to serving members of the Armed Forces on the tax system, pensions, ISA types and allowances, protection and mortgages, just to name a few topics.
