We are now recruiting for the following key leadership positions:

1. Vice President (US Operations)
A senior executive role focused on strategic oversight, operational leadership, and expansion across the North American region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in international business leadership and corporate strategy.

2. Product Manager (AgriTech Division)
We require an innovative and commercially minded individual to manage the lifecycle of our agritech product portfolio. The role involves market analysis, product development coordination, and alignment with global sustainability objectives.

3. General Supervisor (Operations & Compliance)
Responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring procedural integrity, and supporting interdepartmental coordination. Candidates must be highly organised and possess strong leadership and administrative capabilities.

4. Accounts Manager (Finance Department)
This role entails managing financial records, overseeing reporting obligations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Applicants must hold a strong foundation in accounting and corporate finance, preferably with international exposure.

As a Fellow of the Royal Agricultural Society of England (RASE), Global CEO of AAA Holding Group Ltd, and an active member of the International Fertilizer Association (IFA), my work is focused on advancing agriculture through innovation, sustainability, and global collaboration.

I actively promote agricultural excellence by driving innovation in fertiliser production, intelligence fertilising, and NPK revolutionary methods at AAA Holding Group. These efforts align with RASE’s mission to improve farming practices and productivity. My work ensures farmers have access to cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Advocating for sustainability is central to my role. I work closely with RASE, IFA, and global stakeholders to advance climate-smart agriculture and sustainable fertiliser practices. Through AAA’s projects and IFA’s global initiatives, I champion solutions that address climate change, reduce environmental impact, and improve soil health while supporting food security.

I provide thought leadership and policy advice, contributing to the development of strategies that address critical challenges such as reducing emissions in agriculture. I also support education and knowledge transfer, sharing expertise on AgriTech and sustainable fertiliser use to empower farmers, researchers, and industry leaders.

Collaboration is vital to my work. I engage with industry stakeholders and international organisations to influence the direction of agriculture. Representing RASE, AAA, and IFA at global and national events, I promote British agriculture and advocate for adopting world-class farming and fertiliser standards internationally.

Through innovation, collaboration, and leadership, I remain committed to enhancing global agriculture and ensuring a sustainable future for the industry.

AAA Holding Group is honored to have engaged in high-level discussions with His Excellency Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani during his official visit to London. Representing AAA Holding Group, Dr. Amet Selman had the privilege of meeting His Excellency to explore collaborative strategies for advancing Iraq’s fertiliser sector in partnership with state companies under Iraq’s Ministry of Industry, specialising in mining and fertiliser production.

The discussions also included a detailed roadmap for facilitating the membership of these state companies into the International Fertilizer Association (IFA), a transformative step toward aligning Iraq with global standards and fostering international partnerships.

The meeting was attended by key stakeholders, including Dr Abdulkarim Al-Faisal, Chairman of the Advisory Board; Eng. Mohammed Sahib Al-Daraji, Adviser to the Prime Minister of Iraq; and Mr Richard Cotton, representing AAA Holding Group.

His Excellency the Prime Minister commended AAA Holding Group for its pivotal role in driving progress within Iraq’s fertiliser industry and for our continued efforts to support Iraq’s journey toward IFA membership. This achievement will significantly contribute to Iraq’s agricultural and economic growth.

Withdrawal of Membership from the Iraq Britain Business Council (IBBC)

Dr. Amet Selman has formally withdrawn his membership from the Iraq Britain Business Council (IBBC), effective immediately.

Over the past two years, Dr. Selman has been a prominent and active member of the council, contributing significantly to its mission by fostering key relationships, supporting conferences, and promoting mutual cooperation. His dedication to advancing the council’s goals has been unwavering, and he takes great pride in the accomplishments achieved during his tenure.

The decision to withdraw his membership comes after careful reflection on recent developments and is based on personal considerations. While Dr. Selman respects the council’s efforts and objectives, he believes this step is necessary to maintain clarity and avoid potential conflicts of interest, particularly as he continues his independent work with the Iraqi government on AI-supported agricultural initiatives.
