📅 Reminder for Sole Traders 📅
If we’re handling your self-assessment, the period will run from 6th April 2024 to 5th April 2025.
To ensure we can complete your return, we’ll need the following information AFTER 5th April 2025 and no later than 31st December 2025:
✔️ Bank statements covering the entire period
✔️ If employed during this period, please provide Payslips and P60
✔️ If you left your employment, please provide Payslips and P45
✔️ If self-employed in the CIS industry, please provide any tax certificates
✔️ Copies of sales invoices, if applicable
✔️ Receipts for business expenses (tools, clothing, training, etc.)
✔️ Vehicle receipts & registration, if you run a commercial vehicle
✔️ If using a personal vehicle for business, provide vehicle registration & mileage details.

💡 Important: If you don’t provide details of business expenses, I can claim 10% of your gross income as general expenses, and I will automatically apply this.

❗ Please do not send documents to my personal email – they must go to the admin inbox for proper logging and scheduling.
I’ll be forwarding any queries or data I receive to the admin inbox so you get the fastest response.
⏳ Note: If we don’t receive all the necessary information, it will delay your filing, which could affect how quickly any refund is processed.
As my business is subject to HMRC audits, I need proper evidence to file on your behalf.
