Is this trust just a sham?

No council will ever say yes to any planning ,just like any solicitor .They wont give you any legal advice untill you pay them ,neither will the council .
I dont recall them ever speaking to any of the local councilors !
What was the feed back ?
Does anyone remember? We know bromsgrove council dont ,but what about the local councilors?
So we go back to the big spending planners from London ,we're told .
After further consultations they can get it over the line ,but there's a catch ,a sizeable catch ,we need 70k to 80k ,who saw that comming lol.
So after almost 2 years,what parts, surveys haven't we got and what have we already have in place?
A little strange after all this time we still need more !
In light of all of this the trust HSST said they will go back to the council for further talks .
Who's leading who up the garden path ?
Maybe an alternative site !!!! they also said ,the field next to this one lol
Let's hope the farmer has many fields ,get them drinks in lol
Do any of them know what they are doing ,the council or the planners or the trust taking you all for a ride ?

HSST also said a community facility, in the middle of nowhere whos going to turn up ?, it'll still be a speedway track .
The trust are going to explore funding ....
Let's start by saying we have a secret millionaire and three company directors who I wont mention Paul Chriss and Geoff .
Talking of Paul .
We had a conversation ,where he asked me to make sure we looked after the money ....
I'm trying to make sure its all accountable. But this trust doesn't want me or you to now to the "penny" where its going .
They are all happy to take your money maybe even through this trust ,but you’ll get nothing back unless its run like football trust and FSA ,yes you might get your club back but what future will it hold ,like all the others ,here today gone tomorrow, that's why its important to see where the CASH goes .
So how many fans want to give money over for possibly no return ....?
This trust hasn't been the best run trust under the leadership of Neil Saunders ,because they haven't really done a lot by engaging with fans or even doing events .

I wont apologise for previous goings on while I was in the trust ,I was fighting for honesty and doing the right things ,because I do the due diligence on everything.
Iam also blocked from seeing the page and so is my girlfriend.
Theres nothing wrong with asking a direct question,you know somethings wrong when they wont answer it .
So are you the fans being r***d again ?
The trust HSST are definitely disingenuous to its members to the fans of this once great club and to speedway fans in general, because we could have made a difference.
Don't reply with silly messages, just makes you look nieve,attack the post not the messenger.

Sorry I missed the latest news put out by the official HSST .
Clearly blocked me from that page too lol .

Wow , no council will ever say yes to anything let alone speedway ,think we all know that !
Its like asking a solicitor for advice ,they'll only give you the legal stuff after you've paid.

Didn't we ask before getting in to bed with those BIG BOYS planners from London who drive Aston Martins and Ferrari's how much its going to cost before getting in to bed with them ,surely they'd have known that too .

Did HSST or Heathens Next Generation Ltd speak to any local councilors ? If they did what was the feed back ,I dont remember do you ?

So we go back to the planners ,think they are taking the p**s now .
After further consultation and 70k to 80k later and the planning inspector would grant planning ,really !
So after almost 2 years what parts of the planning dont we have ?
"THOUGHT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING ! TAKING THE P**S MORE LIKE ".

In light of all of this HSST said further discussions with the council would be on going ... ,almost 2yrs ... what more can they tell us ?
Maybe an alternative site, they said HSST ,will all those surveys be carried over to the new site ?
Will we need a new land owner too ?
So make it a Community facility they said HSST ,in the middle of no where .... but its still going to have a speedway track in middle .
Next they said "explore funding " dont we have a secret millionaire?
Isn't time he ,she or it put their money up ?
Don't forget ,we'll get planning now if we put all the other surveys in ...

Lots of funding ideas but sadly they only want your money for nothing in return .
Unlike a proper run trust who's open to be scrutinized.
Like many who survived the crooked owners from ra**ng the clubs or falling away through just bad DMANAGEMENT.
So many in current speedway ,reason why its still going down hill .
How are you all feeling now ?
Its ok to ask questions, its the failure of HSST to answer the m that makes all this a bit dodgy

This should be how a mutual society operates ,comments below but HSST run differently,cloak and jagger.....
Its been almost 2yrs sinse I and others voted to let Heathens Next Generation Ltd take some of the money out of the pot of nearly 50k because they said they had found land ,a deal was done but no written contract or any type of binding contract if planning were to fall through after spending your money .
It was done over a pint of beer, we was told .

At the AMG last yr I asked specific questions on finances after writing to them and never got a reply
Funny thing at the AGM they never mentioned membership, hoping id forget lol .I did .
I wonder if they'd accept me as a member ?
Wonder what rule they'll put in place or would they just ignore me lol .
They have also taken me down from the social media page .
But I still see it lol
As I wright this I haven't looked to see any recent news .
Clearly nobody else has neither.
Are the current members happy ? that they dont know much of what is going on .
Its your business to know .
Why do they keep it a secret..?
At some point it will be on the world wide Web for all to see and I'll tell you the Parish Council are in locker heads with many developers trying to build homes in the area, the residents are fighting now agaist all of this ,so will speedway get planning ?
Like Ive said we are almost 2 yrs May ,what do we know about anything ?
Don't forget secret land deal,a secret millionaire and they wont show us the books .
Could this just be a conspiracy, a plot a scheme or JUST RA**NG the pot , because 2yrs and nothing is happening and we have caught some of the board At Heathens Speedway Supporters Trust out to be liers.
How many times did the DEMANAGEMENT get caught lieing ,look what happened to them ,they ran away with their tails between theirs legs ..
This shouldn't be happening,fans or members should be calling for transparency and open governance.
This is the main reason why this sport is failing .
The world is full of people scamming you old folk,let's just hope I am WRONG .

Such a shame that speedway fans couldn't see the benefits of being part of a Trust ,a legitimate Trust !
Just read what they have to say .
The current Trust HSST
Don't like you asking direct questions .
They dont really want to be a trust! Just the money .
They definitely dont run like one not under the current chairman of Neil Saunders .
Falsifying information isnt what you do .
When you pick them up on it them lieing ,they change direction .
Everybody on the board seems to think its ok to lie .
You can see why this sport is going down hill .
Speedway is not destined ever to be run through a trust ,because the people who set this up HSST are no better than the bsp ltd .
They want to keep it all to themselves and not letting see the accounts is one reason why .
If Cradley do return ,for those you know ,will see some familiar faces return.

I cant see it getting planning because the local parish council and hundreds of locals are fighting to keep their village ,village like are up against many developers.

Shame no fan did anything ,these fans did tge ones in the artical and have a real connection with the club they love .
Look at the benefits you get from the government.
Even HSST dont want to follow model rules,more dictatorship, making new rules up with out being voted for ,even falsifying legitimate paper work .
People like Neil Saunders chairman and Kim Guest now all about ,they have not just lied to the mutual society but you and me ,but who cares....
You can see why our sport is in a mess ,just like our country

Both of these statements were made when Neil was on the board and now chairman ,its not hard to see who is lieing?
If your happy for people to lie to you ,then you expect what you get .
The sport is built on lies .
Also at the AGM .I asked to see the full auditited accounts,they refused but said an email would follow ,still waiting .Are they money laundering?
Its a given right for a member or members to see the full accounts .
Neil Saunders your chairman of HSST is being deceitful to everybody who reads this .
You can see why this sport is failing if people like them run a TRUST ,who can you trust .....?

This is for telling the truth,uncovering the lies of our DEMANAGEMENT. The trust with its current board are no better.They kept telling lies,that I couldn't rejoin because I was sacked .They made new regulations to stop anyone who had been sacked ,that they could not be board member again .No regulations was voted for by its members or by our official governing body because .Those type of rules goes against open transparency and accountability. On official paper,they made out that I resigned, that is also untrue,but it keeps the governing body off their backs .After finding out they the current board had made the statement that I had resigned. I thought we'll I can apply to be on the board. Lucky for them at the AGM ,only 1 person out of about ten who did turn up voted.The trust realised I'd uncovered more lies and they could stop me from joining .But only 1 vote ,but what they said if you get enough votes all the board would resign. Lucky for them I didnt .But what a trust we have .Ive got other things going on in my life ,but when a planning application goes in,I'll be out of the woods ready to take them on .
