“AI is coming for your job” 👀
We hear this all the time… and honestly? It’s really not that simple.

Yes, AI is useful. We all use it now to save time and make things more efficient, but it still can’t replace real conversations, judgement, experience, or trust 🤍

Because people don’t just want answers… they want reassurance from a human who actually understands them!

AI can support what we do... but it won’t EVER replace the human side of it and that is the most important thing 🫶

This is something we still don’t talk about enough…

Women in business are not only more likely to undercharge themselves, but research also shows we often charge less than men for the exact same work 🤍

Not because our work is worth less… but because of confidence, conditioning, and not wanting to feel “too expensive” or push people away!

And if we’re honest, so many of us have been there. Softening our prices, second guessing our value, or playing small just to feel more comfortable online or in business. But your skill, time, experience, and results don’t change based on gender or how you present them ✨

Undercharging doesn’t build a stronger business, it usually leads to overworking, burnout, and feeling undervalued over time. There’s nothing wrong with being approachable or fair… but there’s also nothing wrong with being paid properly for what you do 👏
