Being chosen as a finalist in both categories is so much more than recognition; it reflects the heart of who we are as a business.

A huge thanks so much to all involved at Chorley-based chartered financial planners Amber River True Bearing for their recent support! 🙌

Colleagues raised a fantastic £525 through a raffle at their annual staff conference, and they chose to donate the funds to us after a colleague received treatment here at the regional cancer centre last year.

Jayne Raven, Chair of the Charity Committee at Amber River True Bearing, said: “We were delighted to raise money for Rosemere through our annual conference raffle. The work the Foundation does is outstanding and supports so many people across our communities, including our colleague and in some cases members of our own families. We’re proud to have raised £595 through raffle ticket sales.”

We invest in our people with practical, meaningful support, including a confidential 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, regular wellbeing sessions, and open conversations that normalise looking after mental health at work.

This May, we’re focusing on burnout – helping our colleagues recognise the signs early and take positive, proactive steps to manage it. We’re also proud to be launching our Wellbeing Committee, giving our people a voice and creating a welcoming space for ideas, connection and support across the business.

There’s something powerful about bringing everyone together.

Yesterday we held our annual Amber River True Bearing Day at the Macdonald Kilhey Court Hotel. It was a great day to connect, hear team presentations, and celebrate the fantastic work happening across the organisation. The energy, ideas, and shared achievements made it a truly valuable day.

Huge congratulations to our amazing team, who braved the cold on Friday night to take part in this year’s BIG PNE Sleep Out!

Joining hundreds of others, they showed incredible commitment to helping support homeless women in Preston. Thanks to their determination and the generosity of everyone who donated, our team raised an impressive £1,555, contributing to a phenomenal £55,000 raised overall
