Could VAT grouping simplify VAT accounting for your business?

If you have multiple companies under common control, bringing them together under a VAT group could help simplify administration, reduce the need to account for VAT on transactions between group members and provide cash flow benefits.

However, VAT grouping is not right for every business and there are important considerations to weigh up before applying.

In our latest blog, we explain what VAT grouping is, who can form a VAT group and some of the key benefits and risks to consider.

A little throwback to a great afternoon of mini golf!

Last month, Lewis Brownlee attended the Chichester & District Law Society mini golf event at Chichester Golf Club.

Events like these are a great reminder of just how valuable it is to get out of the office and connect with others in our local professional community. Whether it’s catching up with familiar faces, making new connections or simply sharing experiences, there’s always something to take away from getting together.

Of course, a little friendly competition doesn’t hurt either!

A big thank you to Chichester district law society for organising the event and to Chichester Golf Club for hosting us. We had a fantastic afternoon and are already practising our swing ready for the next one!
