We had a brilliant day at Three Counties show on Friday, the day started with The CLA Big Breakfast, which is always a great way to catch up with everyone, some great speakers this year too! We also managed to visit Georgie, our Trainee Accountant in the Agri Team whose family were showing their livestock, including this little chap ‘Pete’ 🐄

It promises to be a great start to the day, and we're excited to catch up with familiar faces, meet new people, and hear what's happening across the rural community.

Earlier this week, some of our Tax Team attended a fantastic event hosted by Versantus centred around the question 'Will AI kill or save my business?'

It was a day of insightful discussions and perspectives about how artificial intelligence is reshaping the business landscape.

Earlier today our Director, Sophie Howard and some of Crowthers Agricultural Team, attended the NFU Worcestershire Business Resilience and Succession event where Sophie presented on the most recent Inheritance Tax changes alongside fellow industry professionals Andrew Troughton of Carver Knowles and Jennie Weildon of Shakespeare Martineau.

It was a fantastic turnout, with plenty of valuable discussions and knowledge shared around the latest developments and planning opportunities. Events like these are a great reminder of the importance of staying informed so we can continue to support our clients with up-to-date, practical advice.

Today we are celebrating a milestone - Trudy's retirement! 🎉

Trudy has been our incredible Receptionist at Twyning for 5 years and today marks her last day at Crowthers.

Thank you for your dedication, hard work, and the positive energy you brought to the team every day.

Trudy has been working closely with Sam, who is taking over the role in our Twyning Office, to ensure a smooth handover.
