Our Social Committee recently hosted our first ever padel social at East Glos Club in Cheltenham – and what a success it was! It was fantastic to see so many people from across the business getting involved, enjoying some friendly competition and having plenty of laughs on and off the court.

A big thank you to East Glos Club Cheltenham - Tennis, Squash, Padel, Racketball for hosting and thank you to everyone who took part – it was a brilliant, fun-filled evening.

As our Bristol and Cardiff offices continue to grow, we’re delighted to announce the expansion of our Charity of the Year programme.

For 2026/27, we will be proudly partnering with not one, but three incredible charities that resonate across the region: Team Charlie (Cheltenham), Tŷ Hafan (Cardiff) and Teenage Cancer Trust (Bristol).

We’re excited to come together over the next year to fundraise, support and make a real difference for these important causes.

Last week our Farms and Estates team hosted our annual clay pigeon shoot. It was a great opportunity to catch up with so many guests from the rural sector.

Under blue skies and sunshine, the competition was fierce, with Ashbridge Partners stealing the trophy from previous winners Savills 🏆

Last night we hosted our Charity Quiz in support of our Charity of the Year, Bristol Animal Rescue Centre, and it proved to be a fantastic evening 🎉

We were delighted to welcome Luke Mitchell from Bristol A.R.C., who shared an inspiring update on the charity’s work, recent achievements, and future goals, and highlighted the real impact our donations will have on animals in need.

Our quiz masters, Martin Howard and Nick Stafford, then put everyone’s knowledge to the test with a mix of rounds - from music to picture clues - even managing to weave in our Hazlewoods values along the way.

After a busy evening of scoring, our brilliant scorers announced the top three teams. Huge congratulations to the winners: IP Everywhere, Albright at Once!

We were also joined by our sponsored Gloucester Rugby player, Max Llewellyn, who took part in the quiz, drew the raffle, and presented prizes to the winning team.

A big thank you to the local businesses who generously donated raffle prizes, and to everyone who attended and took part. We hope to see you again next year 👏🏼

We are grateful to the team at Hazlewoods for raising £12,300 through their tractor pull in support of RABI.

The endurance challenge saw the team working together from sunrise to sunset, helping raise funds to support farming people across England and Wales.

With the lighter evenings finally here, join us next Tuesday, 14 April, for the Hazlewoods x Michelmores Monthly Cheltenham Run Club! 👟

We’ll be heading out on a steady 6K route - perfect for regular runners and newcomers alike. It’s a relaxed chance to get moving, chat along the way, and enjoy the route together. We’ll start and finish at the Hazlewoods Office.

After the run, stick around for some well‑earned refreshments!
