We know this sounds obvious... but you'd be surprised how many phone calls and emails we receive asking, "What does this letter mean?" when the answer is already in the letter! 😅

✉️ HMRC and Companies House letters often tell you:
✔️ What action is needed
✔️ What forms need completing
✔️ When the deadline is
✔️ What happens if you don't respond

Taking a couple of minutes to read the letter properly could save you time, stress, and potentially costly penalties.
