Hi All

I've been asked to speak at the Include event by Legacy in the Community about my lived experience of late diagnosis ADHD and dyslexia. Also how this has changed us at Wynne and Co to become, not only an inclusive employer, but to make a space where all employees and clients can thrive with neurodivergence and other conditions.

The event brings together speakers to open your eyes to building a more inclusive workforce - something you know I'm passionate about!

Celebrating all the incredible women in Wynne and Co, and the Morgan Group today - thank you for including us (even though the pictures awful 🫣)

Were proud to be a female founded and led firm with a focus on true equality and inclusion.

We share common values with Paul J Morgan and the morgan group. A grade people, in A grade businesses doing A grade work. Gender is irrelevant. Equality reigns. These values have led to a 20 year business relationship. Long may it continue.

We’re chuffed to bits to get level 2 disability confident employer status - we’ve been told to go for level 3 straight away so watch this space
