Microsoft is working to resolve the issue, and our IT Solutions team will continue to monitor updates closely.

From 1 April 2028, small companies and micro-entities will need to file profit and loss accounts with Companies House. This is a significant change, alongside the move to software only accounts filing and the end of abridged accounts.

While businesses are expected to have the option to opt out of public publication, the information will still need to be filed correctly.
