With all these businesses active on social media the customer living in the UK is never short of options. So we need to have the balls to make content that stands out and captures the attention of our target market.

We need to be smart with our investments and ensure that we are getting the maximum output for the minimum capital input.

If you sell a product you need to identify which products are generating your business profits and hone your focus to accelerate the rate of sale.

A service business should understand which services are generating value for its customers and which services generate high costs and low returns.

Some people work for 4 years for an event that lasts 10 seconds, unlike Bolt most people that start a business never escape operations.

They spend their lives working on the day to day operations of their business and never taking it to the next level, as an individual you want your business to grow beyond you.

However, with all of your time being spent on managing the daily demand there is little time available to culminate systems that are necessary to free up your time.

Bringing in people, automating processes, creating systems or outsourcing support functions can assist in the management of daily mundane activities, so you can use your time to work on the business.

Thank you to all our customers, supporters and friends this year, it’s been a gratifying experience, here’s some interesting stats to share with the kids.

As a sign off to the year I thought I’d take the opportunity to look at a true icon of planning and organisation.

We will all now enjoy some well needed rest and relaxation before we turn our attention to the upcoming year.

The difference between a dream and a vision is planning.

Setting out what you want to achieve and utilising smart goals, clear objectives, measurable benchmarks and desired outcomes is key to taking any business up a gear.

Let’s follow the example of the man with a plan and get some clearly defined objectives and realistic routes together for your business.

You might save yourself a few quid, but we both know your car won’t leave your driveway and your boiler will be as useful as a chocolate kettle.
