🧩 About the Role
As a Client Services Assistant, you’ll be a friendly face and helpful voice that our clients can communicate with. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of our Administration and Paraplanning teams, ensuring every interaction is smooth and professional.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting needs and tailor outputs accordingly
• Produce clear, accurate, and insightful reports for prospects and clients
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all written materials
• Serve as a point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
• Maintain accurate client records and update databases
• Support the team with administrative tasks
• Help resolve client issues with empathy and efficiency
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is a plus
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines
