Greg Park has worked at Focus for 5 years!

He came to us during the pandemic after being made redundant with limited experience, but we saw his potential and took him on. Since then he has become a key part of the team, as a client manager.

Greg is a friendly person who is always available to help both clients and team. He is great at training employees and supporting junior team members. He enjoys aiding others through charity work and walked on fire to help provide meals, reduce food waste and reduce unemployment, with FareShare.

At Focus customer service is our priority!

On Wednesday the 19th at 4pm we had a zoom meeting with a new limited company client. The following day his accounts were on the client portal ready for signing!

We had completed letters of engagement, verifying the clients ID & address, setting up FreeAgent software for him, setting up a bank feed, getting a copy of a bank statement, clarifying asset values, completing a corporation tax return and accounts.
