IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Some of you may have found it more difficult to get hold of me in the last month or so for which I apologise. There has, however, been a very good reason.
There have been a few whispers going around and now we have a full diagnosis and plan moving forward, both Angela and I thought it right to go public.
At the beginning of February, I was given some life changing health news which will affect our lives going forward.
We both wanted to post something on Facebook to let you all know that despite this news, Phoenix Tax is not closing. We will continue to offer the same service as we always have, however, it may now take a little longer and I may not be as readily available at times as I have always tried to make myself in the past. That said, we are confident that you will all still receive the same care, attention and help that you always have done and always will. All we can ask is for your patience if at times, I am not around.
Normal working should be resumed at some point next week so anybody who has wanted a call or a meeting will be arranged then for you to come in or receive a phone call.
To our family members who were already aware, thank you for the love and support you have given, and continue to give.
Thank you all for your loyalty, support and friendship and for those who like their returns done early, see you after April 6th 😊
