The Bank of England has held the base rate at 3.75%, keeping rates unchanged once again!

For homeowners, landlords and buyers, it's hopefully another period of stability as the market continues to watch for future rate changes.

No big surprises this time, but it does signal a period of short-term stability in the market.

Last month marked my first anniversary as a self employed mortgage and protection broker and what a year it’s been! 🚀

Looking back at where I started and where I am today, I’m amazed and humbled how much I’ve been able to achieve. 🫢

It’s been a year full of the unknown- plenty of planning, new beginnings, new processes- but every step has been worth it. ✅

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported me on this journey! 🩷
