The supermarket delivery had no chilled or frozen food last week due to the heatwave.

First world problems, I know, but, if heatwaves are going to become more common going forward, what impact might they have on our retirement planning.

Last week demonstrated how ill-prepared we are in the UK for a heatwave. Was it just me who didn't sleep properly, became slightly irritable and less productive?! More importantly, we saw school closures, transport disruptions and increased pressure on the NHS.
