Experienced IFA Administrator full or part time; circa £18,000 - £25,000 depending on experience and employment basis.
An opportunity has arisen for an IFA administrator to join a well established IFA firm in North London. You will be working alongside the IFA/Company Director providing excellent administration support.
Duties will include day to day administration including processing new business applications, chasing outstanding information, dealing with clients and external companies as well as assisting the Paraplanners.
Skills and experience needed?
• Previous experience within the IFA practices is essential
• Experience with Intelligent Office also essential
• The ability to prioritise and plan own workload without supervision
• Effective communication, both written and verbal
• Highly organised and methodical
• Have a professional, proactive and positive attitude
• Good knowledge and understanding of relevant products
