Sometimes you’ll see this shortened to MTD for Income Tax.

Act now - the deadline is mid-November 2026 or earlier - as each director must provide their personal identifier for your charitable company's next 'confirmation statement'. View the Companies House blog:

From 18 November 2025, directors and people with significant control (PSCs) will be legally required to verify their identity. Read more about the identity verification process.
