A fantastic evening at the Northern Ireland Dealmaker Awards on Thursday, celebrating the people and organisations behind some of the most significant business deals in Northern Ireland over the past year.

Pacem Advisory proudly sponsored the Deal of the Year (£10m+) category, reflecting our commitment to helping businesses through complex growth and strategic planning. Our Managing Director, Daniel Glover, had the pleasure of presenting the award to the Europe acquisition of , a transformational deal supporting Finnebrogue’s continued expansion in NI.

Congratulations to all the finalists and winners. The evening was a strong reflection of the ambition and momentum across Northern Ireland’s business landscape.

We’re delighted to finally share Pacem Advisory’s new brand identity and website which marks the start of the next stage in our journey.

Since 2017, our team has grown from 3 to 28 but our purpose is unchanged…. to help high net worth families, affluent retirees and entrepreneurial business owners find clarity and vision in their business and personal finances, by providing strategic wealth, accounting and tax advisory.

It is our team and our clients that have powered our growth, and it is a great source of pride that our business continues to go from strength to strength. With this growth, we felt it was time for our appearance to evolve too, to better reflect who we serve and who we are today as a leading, locally owned, and client-focused boutique advisory firm.

Our purpose remains unchanged but our platform for achieving it has never been stronger.

Last week we took some time out of the office to attend the Management & Leadership Network’s Summit – an event we look forward to every year.🌱🌍

It was inspiring to hear from such a high calibre of leading experts in the field. From the ‘Godfather of Sustainability,’ John Elkington, to Ben Craig’s imperative question “Are you Green or Obsolete?”, the team walked away with valuable insights that we’re eager to apply to our own pillars and sustainable working practices.

We recognise the crucial role businesses have in driving real change and we’re committed to playing our part.💡

After bravely conquering the Abseil in support of , the team raised an impressive £1425 that will go directly towards funding vital blood cancer research.🔬🩸

A few of the team also had the (less frightening & definitely more enjoyable) opportunity to celebrate at their Black Tie Gala Dinner as they commemorated 60 years.🍾
