Attended a very informative seminar at Brooks Macdonald today, packed with fantastic insight into the investment market and a highly technical session from Chartered Tax Advisers focusing on the impact of the proposed pension tax changes from April 2027.

It is already clear how important quality financial advice is, alongside close collaboration with legal and tax professionals. The financial world is now more complex than ever, and whilst the consultation around the new pension legislation continues, it will undoubtedly become a true minefield for estate executors as well as advisers and professionals alike!
