We are incredibly proud to share that our Managing Director, Matt Holden-Jones, has been awarded the Mentor of the Year Award 2025–2026 by Envision in recognition of his dedication to supporting and inspiring young people!

Matt mentored students from Small Heath Leadership Academy, helping them develop essential skills, confidence, and real-world experience through the Envision programme.

One of the highlights of the programme was the students’ presenting on stage at Birmingham City Football Club on the importance of plants and green spaces within schools.
