🌸 New Grant Opportunity – Ambition to Grow | Supporting Women 🌸

Invest NI has launched the Ambition to Grow | Supporting Women programme, offering up to £30,000 funding to help businesses expand and create new opportunities.

✨What’s on offer:
- £15,000 towards new jobs
- £10,000 for business development / market / skills expansion
- £5,000 for leadership and export support

👩‍💼 Who can apply?
- Businesses based in Northern Ireland with fewer than 250 staff
- Must be able to commit to creating two new full-time jobs
- Must generate new sales outside NI within the next 2 years
- Not in restricted sectors (e.g. retail/wholesale, tourism accommodation, transport infrastructure)

🚜 Rural Business Development Grant Scheme 2025/26 🏡

Are you a small business in a rural area? Funding is now available through the DAERA Rural Business Development Grant Scheme to help your business grow and develop.

📝Grants from £500 up to £7,500 (50% funding).

✅ Eligible costs include:
- Computer equipment (PCs, laptops, printers).
- One-off purchase software.
- E-commerce websites.
- New equipment & machinery.

❌ Not eligible: running costs, marketing, vehicles, refurbishments, consumables, second-hand items.

📅 Deadline: 12 noon, 30 October 2025.

Pass Associates are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Banbridge as a Trainee Accounts Assistant.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in accountancy. No previous experience is required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Full training and support will be provided.

- Assisting with bookkeeping and data entry using accounting software.
- Helping prepare client files, invoices, and receipts.
