Hom Pyashi — the entrepreneur who turned a childhood craving into 8848 Momo House, one of Australia’s most recognised Nepali food brands, now franchising nationwide as well as worldwide.
Umesh of Elmirage Café — our host, building something quietly special in Melbourne.
Raju Shakya — the man who started Melbourne’s Momo Festival from nothing and brought 30,000 people together to celebrate Nepali culture. Known as Momo Dai for good reason.
And Deepa Rai — a fierce advocate who has shown up for this community through food relief, welfare walks, fraud protection, and everything in between.
