Office Based in Accrington, Lancashire

Do you want to join a forward thinking leading accountancy practice as one of their team - we have a position available for an accounts Semi Senior / Senior within our accounts team.

Do you have 5 years + practice experience and now need a new role and challenge?

This could be just the opportunity you are looking for …

Responsibilities in our role will be:-
Year end accounts and financial statement preparation
Assisting on statutory audits and liaising with other team members in the audit and accounts team
Other responsibilities will include bookkeeping, vat returns, tax
Regular client contact will be involved and some work will be client based so a full driving licence and own car are required.
Time management, organisational and communication skills are essential in the role.
This role would suit a candidate on ACCA study looking for study support and a new challenge. It would be highly beneficial if you are experienced in audit and experience in a practice role is essential.

We are moving offices - With dwindling parking and other offices on our Street being turned into housing, the time has come to locate to purpose-built offices with onsite parking which will be more convenient for clients and our team.

We will still be in the locality moving just up the road to the First Floor Offices, Red Rose Court, Clayton Business Park, Clayton Le Moors, BB5 5JR inside the East Lancs Chamber of Commerce building.

We will keep everyone informed as things progress.
