Form 720 has to be done for every resident of Spain who has assets abroad. This liability only affects resident taxpayers; non-residents are not liable for submitting this tax return.

Assets abroad has to be over 50.000 eur per tax payer, if it is less is not necesary to submit the form, and that is applicable to:
- Article 42a. Obligation to report on accounts in financial institutions located abroad.
- Article 42b. Information obligation securities, rights, insurance and annuities deposited, managed or obtained abroad.
- Article 54a. Obligation of information on immovable property and rights to property located abroad.
If you did present the form in the past years, this year is not necessary to do it, if there is no change in the assets over 20.000 eur.

El nuevo borrador de la ley plantea sectores que se pueden librar de la factura electrónica. Bares, supermercados, peluquerías están entre ellos.

El nuevo borrador del Real Decreto que establecerá próximamente la obligación de usar factura electrónica para los autónomos y empresas contempla ciertas excepciones. Se incluye la posibilidad de liberar a algunos sectores "temporal o definitivamente".
