What can I say?! 🥰👑💕

Attending the 11th Anniversary Celebration of Positive Queens in New Orleans was more than I could have possibly imagined!

From reconnecting with Queens I've met before to meeting so many incredible Queens for the very first time, connecting with those who have supported and continue to support my brand, selling out of my books, dancing, karaoke (yes, karaoke! 😂🎤), sharing stories, and witnessing the strength, compassion, empowerment, support, and resilience reflected in the journeys of so many amazing women — the entire experience was truly unforgettable!

And as if all of that wasn't enough, I was incredibly honored to receive the 2026 Business Woman of the Year Award!🏆👑

Having the opportunity to use this platform to empower others, share my personal journey, speak about financial empowerment, and connect it all to my purpose made this recognition even more meaningful.

For me, it's never been just about business. It's about making a difference, creating opportunities, building relationships, and reminding others that their dreams and goals are within reach.

I am truly grateful for this recognition, for every Queen who shared her story, for everyone who continues to support J. Noel's Powerhouse Solutions, and for the opportunity to be in the presence of so many phenomenal women!

One of the HARDEST things about being a leader, business owner, and someone who wears many hats is telling people NO.

Most people aren't privy to everything happening behind the scenes or the level of responsibility that comes with managing it all.

So please understand, when I say NO, it's not because I don't want to help. It's because I genuinely CAN'T make it happen.

Trust me, if there's a way, I'll do my best to find it! But even I have limits.

And sometimes, knowing when to say NO is just as important as knowing when to say YES.

CALGON, TAKE ME AWAY! 🛁😂🤣

(Who remembers that commercial? LOL!)

Last night was such a special night at the 5th Annual InnnaStar Trailblazer Awards! J. Noel’s Powerhouse Solutions was proud to be a sponsor, and I had the honor of presenting the Student Excellence Award. I also got to celebrate my girl April Isaac Brown receiving the Fashion Trailblazer Award! 😍

My team Noir Collective was in the building, and their continued love and support means everything.

And a BIG thank you to Jennifer Troy for taking the vision I had for my dress and bringing it to another level! So many compliments all night—you understood the assignment! 💃🏾

Thank you, Jacinth Headlam & InnaStar, for all you’re doing to uplift and empower the community! 💕
