YP&TEAM started when Yotam realized just how many small business owners were drowning in admin, without the clarity they needed to make smart financial decisions.

At first, he did it all. Bookkeeping, budgeting, emails, spreadsheets… you name it.

But the more he worked with founders, the more he saw the bigger picture:

What they really needed was someone to organize their financial data and help them use it to grow.

So he shifted focus, leaned into finance—and built a team of people who care just as much about clarity as he does. 💡

Even if you haven’t met him in person or might not see him often, chances are, he’s played a part in keeping our partners finances in check!
