The description of my services are as follows:

1) Administration & General Assistance such as: Online Payrolls with Caja & INS, set up utilities services for companies and houses, go to the banks, do any errand client might need and don't have time to do it.

2) BookKeeping Services. I consolidate bank accounts and do the Accounting and put all the info on QUICKBOOKS and provide at the end of th

e month final reports such as Profit & Loss Standard & Detail, Reports, Balance Sheet Standard & Detail, Profit & Loss by jobs, Sales, Vendors, Employees, Incomes, Expenses, etc.. I prepare everything at the end of the month to give it to the Accountant.

3) Accounting services: Registration in Hacienda of persons and corporations, advice on how to declare taxes as an individual vs. a corporation and according to the economic activity, monthly presentations of IVA (VAT) Declarations to Hacienda D104, Monthly presentations of Rentas de Capital Impuesto de la renta (Income tax) declarations D125 for Rentals Properties, Annually Inactive Corporation tax declarations D195, Setting up Electronic Invoices (Facturas electronicas) for businesses and Invoicing services as well.

5) Translator / Interpreter: If someone needs to go to a specific place where English or French is no spoken, such as banks, cable, phone & internet companies, etc; and they need an interpreter I am the one!
