🌈 June is Pride Month, and I’m proud to be part of an organization that celebrates diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

This month, IGM proudly stands with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and recognizes the important work of our Pride Business Resource Group in fostering allyship, understanding, and inclusion throughout the year. Their efforts help create a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to be their authentic selves.

To kick off Pride season, our Pride BRG will host flag-raising ceremonies across our offices and proudly participate in the Winnipeg Pride Parade. These events are an opportunity to celebrate the strength, resilience, and contributions of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community while continuing the important work of building a more inclusive future.

One of my favourite days of the year.

Today, more than 1,200 people came together for the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's, demonstrating the power of community and the impact we can make when we come together for a cause that touches so many lives.

It was inspiring to see individuals, families, caregivers, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters united in raising awareness and supporting those living with dementia and dementia-related illnesses.

I am incredibly proud to be part of a community that continues to show compassion, generosity, and commitment to making a difference.

Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, volunteered, and helped make this year's walk such a success. Together, we are creating hope and support for those affected by dementia and their loved ones.
