You can transfer those funds directly into your FHSA, completely tax free, AND pull it out tax free for a home purchase.

I wasn't always a finance girl.🐾

I was the animal girl for a long time. I was studying towards veterinary medicine, working full time, doing everything I could to save up for vet school.

Money was stressful but I didn't even know what I didn't know. I asked for help and was told to put everything into a high interest TFSA and I thought, okay, that sounds right. So I did it.

No one explained investing. No one talked to me about what my money could actually be doing. And the scary part? I didn't even realise I was missing anything.

It wasn't until I met an advisor who actually took the time to break everything down that I realised how much more was possible. For the first time someone explained investing, retirement, the full picture, in a way that just made sense.

It gave me something I didn't even know I was looking for. Clarity.
Confidence. The feeling of actually being in control of my own financial future.

I became obsessed! I wanted to learn everything. And I kept thinking, how many other women are exactly where I was? Working hard, doing what they're told, and not even knowing what they're missing?

That's what led me here. From future vet to finance advisor.🌿

I decided to build my whole approach around education first, because you can't make confident decisions about money you don't understand.
