Understanding how you earn income matters. Cash flow quadrant explains the different methods of earning income. The left side is the active side of income which means you need to offer your skills and knowledge to earn income. Right hand side is called passive income meaning you don't need to physically present to earn income. Examples are real estate, stocks. Whether you are on the left or right side you need to protect your income and minimize your taxes so that the money really works for you.

The TFSA Limit for 2021 is 6000 same as the previous years. The total contribution limit available to any individual who never contributed to TFSA since 2009 can contribute up to 75,500. But do you know what happens if you over contribute to TFSA?

I was reading an article about an young man who passed away leaving his family in deep financial struggle in addition to grieve for his death by their loved ones. The story made me to think why millennials should buy insurance when they are young. In addition to protect their families there are other reasons as well. Insurance is not a favorite topic that young people would like to research but it is an important to consider. It is not my intention to upset anyone in the morning but would like to provide a piece education to think about. Kindly apologize in advance if the post has affected your emotions.
