From “How much can I afford?” to “Here are the keys!” 😁

I’m stoked to share some great wins for my clients!

✅ FUNDED ($599,150): The best words in the industry. Big congratulations to my first time home buyer clients on their closing today! Enjoy your new home!

✅ APPROVED ($1,056,000): A huge milestone secured for my clients. Traditional income wasn’t the path here, we secured this using a Net Worth program. It’s all about using the right tools for the right file!

✅ PRE-APPROVED ($635,000): Got this in to hold their fixed rate for the next 120 days while clients were house hunting - right before fixed rates went up!

Buying in today’s market is all about strategy and having your financial ducks in a row BEFORE you fall in love with a property.

If you told this little girl she’d grow up to spend her days navigating the world of finance and helping families secure their futures, she’d probably have no idea what that means but thinks it's pretty cool.

But looking back, I think she’d be proud of the grit it took to get here. From pigtails to mortgage approvals, the deep rooted goal has always been the same: building something that lasts. The younger version of me would probably be surprised by how much math I do a day and how much I love the nerdy things like the numbers. But then again, maybe I shouldn't be surprised because she was the one who provided the curiosity.

Helping people build their own foundations today, because she helped to teach me how important a "home" really is.
