Prior to joining IG Wealth Management, I had more than 20 years working in a family business and operating my own companies. Having a strong background in business, I look forward to implementing a plan to help you meet your goals. While raising four boys I also devoted time as a school board trustee and helped with many other groups and charities in the community. I am caring, honest, and enjoy helping others fulfill their goals. I treat clients with utmost respect, admiration and confidentiality. Helping clients attain their goals will be my focus, drive, and reward. All clients will get my full review which comprises of eight essential steps. Each step is strategically put in place to maximize their financial plan and insure it remains on course throughout the various stages of their lives. I am looking to add an Administrative Assistant to my practice.

What we're offering:
- Flexible part-time schedule to start; with opportunity to extend into a full time role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and coordinate client appointments
- Prepare and maintain client documentation and records
- Provide administrative support including correspondence and reporting
- Assist with client communications and follow ups
- Ensure confidentiality and adherance to industry standards

Ideal Candidate would have the following qualifications
- 2+ years administrative experience (financial services are an asset)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Bookings)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
